Cashless facility is subject to the patient’s policy terms, insurer/TPA approval, hospital empanelment and applicable conditions.
Cashless hospitalization allows eligible insured patients to receive treatment at Aditya Hospitals without paying the entire approved hospitalization amount upfront.
Please note: Cashless approval depends on your insurance policy, coverage, eligibility and authorization from the insurer/TPA. Cashless treatment does not necessarily mean that all expenses are covered.

Cashless hospitalization is a facility where the insurer/TPA settles the approved eligible hospitalization expenses directly with the hospital, subject to policy terms and authorization.
Cashless treatment may be available if your insurance company/TPA is associated with the hospital and your policy provides the required coverage. Approval is subject to insurer/TPA authorization.
Not necessarily. Expenses that are not covered under your policy, including applicable deductibles, exclusions, co-payments, non-medical expenses or amounts exceeding the approved limit, may need to be paid by the patient.
If cashless authorization is declined, you may still be able to proceed with treatment and submit the eligible expenses to your insurer for reimbursement, depending on your policy terms.
Emergency treatment can be initiated based on the patient’s medical condition. The insurance authorization process can then be initiated as soon as the required information and documents are available.
